

How do I schedule an appointment?
Call 978-825-0040. The
phone is answered 8am-8pm M-F, Saturdays 9-6. All messages are returned
within several hours of your call.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, however we are
often off-site at corporate or charity events. It is best to call
ahead, often you can get an appointment the same day.
What should I do when I get to Body & Soul for a
treatment?
The therapist will have you fill out a health history form on your
first visit to insure you get the most beneficial treatment for your
needs. Remember this is YOUR session so be specific as to what you
prefer.
How long is each treatment?
Treatments generally
last from 30 minutes to 90 minutes unless other arrangements are made.
At Body & Soul, each session is timed so that the client gets the
full time on the massage table.
What should I wear for my massage? Do I have to be totally
undressed?
You will only be asked to remove as much
clothing as you are comfortable with.Your therapist will drape you with
a sheet so only the part being worked on is exposed.
What are the rooms like where I am getting a massage?
Each room is very private and quiet - specifically tailored for a
relaxing experience. There are five treatment rooms and one large room
for side-by-side sessions, workshops, and yoga class.
How often should I get a massage?
Once a month is the typical recommendation unless you have chronic
issues, then the therapist can design a regimen that is weekly or
bi-weekly depending on your needs.
What parking is available?
There is two hour metered parking available in
the Church Street parking lot across from the Museum Place Mall and the
YMCA lot off Lynde Street. There are also one hour
and two hour meters along Washington Street. Handicapped parking is
available near the building on Washington Street.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, you can buy gift certificates in any denomination. For your
convienence, we can do the entire transaction over the phone if you
don't live in the area, but would like to make a purchase for a loved
one.
